The agency started in the form of an Events Company back in 1996 (On Show Events Ltd).  An entrepreneurial start-up, this company operated the New Ideas Expo, an international technology exhibition at Auckland Showgrounds.  Managing a signficant advertising campaign we achieved the highest public attendance for a show of its size on record, employing Direct Response TV, radio and newspaper advertising to drive visitors to the expo.

Following the expo, the company capitalised on its Direct Response marketing experience by continuing to work with event clients.  With the initial owners of the company trained in finance, the combination of marketing expertise and financial analysis skills helped put together many of the Direct Response CPA (cost per acquisition) approaches we use today.

In the mid 2000s, the agency began working with a number of direct sales companies, developing Direct Response campaigns which helped these clients grow rapidly.  This led to many innovative developments in the areas of animation for television and internet marketing.
